Email [email protected]. There is no contact form, because a form would mean storing what you type on a server, and we would rather not.
- Plan does not add up — a dimension that contradicts the drawing, a fold line that cannot be folded, a scale that prints wrong. Send the entry's address and a photograph of the sheet with a rule on it.
- A substitute worked better — a card weight, a glue, or a tool from the kitchen drawer that did the job. These go into the entry.
- Permission for a class or a shop — say how many people and whether anything is charged; the answer is usually yes and comes the same week.
What we cannot help with
We cannot quote a price for finished pieces, take commissions, or ship materials. The studio draws plans; it does not sell the objects made from them.
Reply time
Two working days is the honest average. A message about a wrong number in a plan jumps the queue, because that is a fault on our side.
